Our detached 3 double bedroom, modern villa has a private pool and views of the sea (400m away) and open fields and hills that lead into the foothills of the Troodos mountains and Paphos forest. This is our family home in Cyprus, a modern open plan home, fully furnished and equipped for family living. We want you to enjoy your stay but we just ask that if you break anything you let us know. It is a five minute walk from Argaka beach and St Barbara’s Tavern and Restaurant. The villa is in a small peaceful development on the edge of Argaka, which is a rural village 4 miles along the coast from the town of Polis with its many shops and restaurants located around a lively square. 
The villa is an excellent base for either a relaxing tranquil get away from it all holiday, watching the sun set over Polis Chrysochous bay and the Akamas Peninsula, sitting out in the garden, reading or popping down to the local restaurants or Flyagain Inn for a relaxing meal and refreshments. Alternatively, if you are looking for a more energetic holiday walking in the Argaka hills and Pafos forest, viewing the wildlife, swimming or diving in the sea or a round of golf. then Villa Alexandros is ideally situated. Cyprus boasts some of the mildest winters and sunniest months of any European destination and the Polis area in particular is an unspoilt part of Cyprus.
